ORDERS & PAYMENTS

• All prices are listed in AUD and include GST (if applicable).

• Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

SHIPPING

• We ship orders within 1–2 business days.

• Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on Australia Post.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

• For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned.

• Faulty or damaged products will be replaced or refunded in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

LIABILITY

• Prismatic Chic is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or damages caused by postal services once your order has been dispatched.

• Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
