CHANGE OF MIND
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used cosmetic products. Please choose carefully when placing your order.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your eyeliner arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@prismaticchic.com with:

A photo of the product and packaging
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Please note: If the items received are not what was ordered, please do not open and use package in which it was sent. Any attempt to use the incorrect item will be deemed to be acceptance by the customer of the items as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered and no further claim can be raised thereafter.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
RETURN SHIPPING
If we’ve sent the wrong item or your product is faulty, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
If your return is approved for another reason, the customer is responsible for return postage.
Shipping and handling cost are not refundable. This return for refund policy is not applicable for change of mind, incorrect selection of colour and lack of expertise for use of the product.
