WHERE DOES PRISMATIC CHIC SHIP?

Prismatic Chic currently ships to Australia and Worldwide (Excluding Yemen, Syria, Iran, United Arab Emirates, Israel, Saudi Arabia, North Korea, Oman and Qatar).

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Domestic (Australia wide)
Free Shipping - Orders $25.00 or above
Standard Shipping - $10.00 AUD within Australia (2-6 business days)
Express Shipping - $15.00 AUD within Australia (1-3 business days)
Free Shipping is available when spend is $25 or above.

International (New Zealand)
Standard International Shipping - $15.00 AUD (5-10 business days)
Express International Shipping - $20.00 AUD (3-7 business days) 

International (Worldwide)
Flat delivery rate of $15.00 AUD Worldwide.
Free Shipping is only applicable for AU orders for now.

PROCESSING TIME

• Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

• You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

PACKAGING

• All orders are shipped in secure packaging to keep your products safe in transit. 

DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS

• Orders cannot be delivered to PO boxes. Please provide a residential or business address.
  
  

MISSING OR DELAYED PARCELS

• Once your parcel is shipped, delivery times are managed by Australia Post. If your order is delayed or missing, please contact us at hello@prismaticchic.com and we'll help track it down.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes applicable to your country/or the country you’re shipping to. Prismatic Chic recommends that you contact your local customs office for further information.

• Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

• Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

• The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.

• We will not refund any purchases that have not been accepted at Customs. By accepting these terms you agree to the above.
